Neko No Mise is a cat cafe in Japan that offers a place for people to enjoy the company of feline friends. In Japan landlords prohibit pets. Cat cafes have become the perfect solution to the disconnect between pet bans and the love for cats in Japan. Cat cafes provide a home for homeless cats. Visitors are charged by the hour to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with the company of a cat. There are now over 79 cat cafes across the island of Japan and the number continues to grow.
